So make sure you're there to experience some of the top riders from around the globe, as they hit the dirt at the Bridgestone Arena. It doesn't get much better than this, whether you're a long-time western sports fan or you're a new convert to the "toughest sport on dirt!" Somewhere between tears, thankfulness and joy, I realized we indeed do have “Angels that walk among us every day.The action, the excitement, and the fun of Professional Bull Riders are coming to the Bridgestone Arena in 2023, and if you act now, there's still time to score amazing tickets at incredible prices! This PBR Nashville event is your chance to see some of the sport's up and coming stars live at Nashville Stampede Days, as they battle a ton of bucking bull to make it to eight seconds. At 3:30 am, I received an email from the Bridgestone’s lost and found, “Good news!, We found your wallet!” Come to the arena’s parking garage anytime and the attendant will give it to you. We walked back to our hotel and tried to get some sleep. I thought, “The must be 15,000 people here, what are the chances someone turned in a wallet?” And “How are we going to get back to Maine without a driver’s license and a credit card?” What is the Bridgestone Arenas seating capacity The arenas seating capacity is 20,000 for concerts, 19,395 for basketball games and 17,113 for Nashville. He told me to fill out a lost and found report, which I did. He immediately got on his phone and sent me a link to the Bridgestone Arena’s lost and found. After, again, explaining the situation, one man asked for my cell phone number. Two kind men walking around and, in charge of the empty facility came up to us and asked what we were doing inside the arena. We met up with the outside crew who were dismantling the props, after explaining the situation, my wife and I were allowed back into the empty Arena to search for the missing wallet. My wife and I walked back to the Bridgestone Arena (about 3 blocks) where the late night crew was cleaning up after the event. Inside my wallet was my driver’s license, two credit cards, a debit card, and health insurance cards.Īt 12:30 am back at the hotel, (I’m from Maine), I realized I didn’t have my wallet. At the concessions, after paying for my order, I must have accidentally dropped my wallet. Wednesday evening, Nov 9th, my wife and I attended the CMA awards at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Still, it does make for a very unique experience, and I highly recommend checking out a game if given the chance. Some I've spoken to don't like this aspect and feel its antithetical to the general civility and sportsmanship of the game. After Preds goals are announced, the fans chant the opposing goalie's name, followed by successive chants of "You suck!," and "It's all your fault!" Predators penalties are followed by chants of "Ref, you suck!" Apparently, Predators fans love to tell people how much they suck. The fans give the experience a ton of personality-more than I've seen at most venues. I visited Nashville a few times and caught a couple of games around 2012-2013 when my brother was a student here, and the stadium did not have near the fan-base it currently enjoys (largely due to a Cup run in 2017). This song is then immediately followed by the Black Keys' "Gold on the Ceiling" and an immediate crowd chant of "Hey, you suck!" directed at the opposing team. The Preds' goal song is Tim McGraw's "I Like, I Love it," which he rerecorded just for Bridgestone, where he mentions the Predators scoring a goal (also, in typical Nashville Fashion.#musiccity). They even offer a live band that plays music during TV timeouts and intermissions (in typical Nashville fashion). The facility itself is top notch, and there isn't a bad seat in the house. Nothing beats the raucous spirit of NHL games in an arena. The games themselves are incredible (I've been to 4). I can only speak to Predators games, as I have yet to enjoy a concert here.
